By popular demand, we are bringing back one of our favorite community traditions! After such a big hit a few years ago, the Rett Syndrome Angels are heading back to Spec Pond for another afternoon of sun, splashes, and smiles in Western MA!
This is a wonderful opportunity for our families to get together, reconnect, and enjoy a fully accessible day of fun!

Cost: Completely Free! 🎈 We know that life with our amazing Rett kiddos can change in a heartbeat. Because space is limited and we want to make sure every family gets to join in, please let us know if your plans change! If you need to cancel—even if it’s right at that 48-hour mark—just shoot a quick text to 860-514-7630. We’ll gently pass your spot to a sweet family on our waitlist, no guilt attached! 💕
🧺 Pack a Picnic: Please bring along your family’s favorite picnic lunch to enjoy under the sun!
🍦 Sweet Treats on Us: RS Angels will be providing yummy desserts and a variety of refreshing cold drinks to keep everyone smiling!
💦 Splash, Play & Relax: There is truly something for everyone! Splash around the Splash Pad, sink your toes in the sand at the Spec Pond Beach, or run wild at the Playground. (And don’t worry about packing extra gear—we’ll have beach toys ready for everyone! 🧸🏖️)
♿ Rolling with Joy: We want everyone to join the fun! Accessible beach wheelchairs are available upon request so no one misses out on the sand and sun. Just let us know if your rockstar needs one!
🏐 Friendly Competition: Feeling playful? We’ll have Cornhole and Volleyball set up and ready to go!
