Rett Syndrome Angels is an organization of parents, family, and friends committed to making Rett Syndrome history. Formally, we are the Rett Syndrome Association of Massachusetts (RSAM). We have been supporting families throughout New England by providing services, resources, and awareness. In addition; we raise funds towards the advancement of Rett syndrome research.

Boston Mayor Marty Walsh supports the Rett Syndrome Association of Massachusetts and names October Rett Syndrome Awareness Month by reading an official proclamation encouraging everyone to gain a better understanding through education and research to support those with Rett Syndrome and their families and to help search for a cure.
Our team works throughout the year to support those afflicted with Rett Syndrome, each other and families. We need your help and there are many ways you can support us.
Our Board's primary goal is advancing our mission and is responsible for overseeing the organization's activities. Board members meet periodically to discuss and vote on the affairs of the organization.
Our Committees are vital in helping organize and grow our events and fundraising activities. Members may contribute on more than one committee to help grow awareness throughout the New England region.
Members can help organize, run or help get the word out about our events and fundraisers. Every helping hand plays a part in our larger initiatives and the more support we have means the more support we can provide.
Adding News, updates and articles to our website increases our standing with Search Engines like Google giving us greater "authority". This allows us to rise up in the search rankings gaining more visibility.

Tell your friends, relatives and business associates about Rett Syndrome Angels and the important work we do. Perhaps you will inspire them to help out or to make a donation. Do you know someone who can help spread Rett awareness: a writer, a news reporter? Post information about Rett Angels in your social media and encourage sharing.
